Have a t-shirt design in mind that you may have seen in my previous Etsy shop but don't see here? Or maybe we've chatted about creating a custom design just for you? You're at the right place! Here's now to place your custom t-shirt order:
* Please make sure to contact us before ordering this listing so we know how we can help you first :)
- Select t-shirt color.
- Select t-shirt size according to the size chart below (see "Sizing & Fit" drop down menu below size chart for more important information as well).
- Click "add to cart" button, and then "view my cart".
- In the "Order Special Instructions box", enter the name or description of the design you would like, be sure to include special color, etc.
- Click "Checkout" button to complete your payment and place your order.
- ** Ordering more than 1 t-shirt? Add the color/size of the first t-shirt to your cart, click the "keep shopping" link on the bottom of the cart pop up window to get back to this listing, then add the additional t-shirt color/size to your cart (or head over to another listing in my shop and add to your cart), and checkout to complete your order!

Based on Men's standard sizing, so LADIES are recommended to order 1 size down for a normal fit, stay the same size for loose fit, or size up for oversized fit.

Print Envy Designs offers standard shipping to both US and International customers, mainly USPS First Class Mail, with some excpetions, based on availability.
♥ FREE Shipping is offered US Customers only with the qualifing purchase of $50+.

As soon as an order is ready to ship, you will be receiving a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking #. This email is usually sent within 2-7 business days after your order has been placed.Most processing times are just a few short days - all timelines are estimated only, based upon current calendar trends. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for tracking to update, especially if shipping label is created over a weekend day. More order tracking info available on FAQ page.
We recommend waiting at least 7 business days from your order date before contacting us regarding the status of your order. If more than this time has already passed... First, make sure our shipping confirmation email did not end up in your spam or junk folder. We send all emails from “contact@printenvydesigns.com”. Of course, if you should need help in the meantime, please contact us.
~ Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost (is not included in the free shipping over $50), please contact us to inquire. If expedited shipping is available, orders are still subject to processing times by our fulfillment team.
~ Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the US. There may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before the delivery of your package. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Print Envy Designs.
~ A refund will not be given if the order is refused at delivery address OR customs.
~ Sorry, we do not offer money-back guarantees for delayed items by shipping carrier once your order has been sent from our fulfillment center.
~ Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout, and are encouraged to double-check the shipping address entered before completing the order. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect it. We are not responsible for, or able to refun or replace orders that are shipped to the wrong address.
