Shipping Policy
For APPAREL / WALL ART / MUG Products:
Fig & Lily Co. offers standard shipping to both US and International customers, mainly USPS First Class Mail, with some exceptions, based on availability.
* FREE Shipping is offered US Customers only, with the qualifying purchase of $75+.

As soon as an order is ready to ship, you will be receiving a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking #. This email is usually sent within 2-7 business days after your order has been placed. Most processing times are just a few short days - all timelines are estimated only, based upon current calendar trends. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for tracking to update, especially if shipping label is created over a weekend day. More order tracking info available on FAQ page.
We recommend waiting at least 7 business days from your order date before contacting us regarding the status of your order. If more than this time has already passed... First, make sure our shipping confirmation email did not end up in your spam or junk folder. We send all emails from “contact@figandlilyco.com”. Of course, if you should need help in the meantime, please contact us.
~ Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost (is not included in the free shipping over $75), please contact us to inquire. If expedited shipping is available, orders are still subject to processing times by our fulfillment team.
~ Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the US. There may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before the delivery of your package. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Fig & Lily Co.
~ A refund will not be given if the order is refused at delivery address OR customs.
~ Sorry, we do not offer money-back guarantees for delayed items by shipping carrier once your order has been sent from our fulfillment center.
~ Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout, and are encouraged to double-check the shipping address entered before completing the order. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect it. We are not responsible for, or able to refund or replace orders that are shipped to the wrong address.
For JEWELRY Products:
HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
We typically ship all orders within 2-4 business days. If you select Expedited Processing at checkout, we'll ship within 24-48 hours depending on which time in the day the orders are placed.
WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We ship all orders from our USA factory. Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.
- USA - Within 2-5 business days
- Canada - Within 4-10 business days
- Western Europe - Within 5-15 business days
- Australia/NZ - Within 5-15 business days
- Rest of the World - Within 5-20 business days

I DIDN'T RECIEVE MY ORDER
Please email us: contact@figandlilyco.com, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order and do whatever we can to help.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.
If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by REPLACE and covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact our support team.
Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
