DON’T LOVE IT? RETURN IT.
If you don't love your item(s), you can send them back for a refund or store credit exchange within 30 DAYS of ordering only (fees may apply). If postmarked after 30 days, return items will not be accepted and will be returned at customer's expense. * Note: return address is different than address on original shipping label on your package, please inquire. Please keep reading for qualifications.
STEP 1: Submit a return/store credit exchange request by filling out the form on our CONACT page with your order #, reason, and photos of any issue (if necessary).
STEP 2: Package your item(s) in original shipping bag or use carrier flat rate or bubble envelope to ship to the address we will send you once your submitted request has been received, we will give you further instructions and information if needed at this time. Returns / exchange shipping is at customer's expense. Though rare, any items that have defects or print issues do not need to be returned, as we will take care of the re-print and shipping for you ASAP once photos of the issue have been received!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- APPAREL MUST NOT BE WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED.
- ORIGINAL PRINT FULFILLMENT STICKER MUST BE ON ALL APPREL, AND NECK SIZE/CARE LABEL MUST BE IN TACT (not torn off).
- NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF USE INCLUDING DEODORANT STAINS/COSMETIC STAINS, PERFUMES/SCENTS (of any kind), ANIMAL/HUMAN HAIR, ETC.
- ALL OTHER ITEMS IN OUR STORE MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AS RECEIVED.
** SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ORDERS PLACED USING A DISCOUNT CODE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
* Print Envy Designs reserved the right to accept or refuse a return or store credit exchange based on reason, condition of item, or timeline of return. A refund will not be given if items is refused at a US delivery address or international border customs. A refund will also not be given due to shipping delays that are beyond our control, as shipping times are not guaranteed. With all this stated above - we will do our absolute best to help you in every single way we are able to!
